Brother in law dating my best friend?

So, he was in engaged and now he's not. Today he told me he would be bringing my best friend to Thanksgiving dinner at my in laws. I talked to her earlier today and she didn't mention it. Is this weird or is it just me.
My husband and I had no idea they even talked.

  • Do you like him? I guess it is better to become unengaged the unmarried! Maybe he realized he was with the wrong girl, if you like him, and she is your best friend maybe this will turn out awesome, if you don't like him, I would suggest stay quiet! Happy thanksgiving, and good luck!

  • If he is a good guy why would you care. if he is a dirt bag, tell your friend. but its her choice and his. so try to be happy for them both.
