Do you have something for Thanksgiving other than turkey?

I know it's "tradition" but I find turkey rather bland and boring. Do you serve anything else as the main dish?

  • We are having ribs at my parent's house for lunch. Our original plans were to go to the in laws and have our traditional turkey, and then go to my parent's for supper. My parent's didn't want us to get tired of eating the same thing all day so they decided on ribs. Then my in laws decided that they were going to Walt Disney World and that we wouldn't have Thanksgiving at their house. So, now we are having ribs for lunch, but no turkey today. = (

  • We usually have turkey, but when its a large group we make salmon on the bbq as well, and sometimes prime rib. We have also done ham but most of us don't like the fancy spiarl cut ones so we don't usually do ham as a second option.
