Has anyone done the smoothie diet?

Like you have smoothie's for breakfast, snack, and lunch. Then you eat a 600-800 calorie supper?

  • No...and I'd be careful about what kind of smoothies you're using. Check out my journal post titled "Shakeology Vs. Fruit Drink"'d be surprised at the lack of nutrients that are in most smoothies. Make sure you're getting all of your nutrients and vitamins and DEFINTELY find a good MultiVitamin to take.
