how do i deal with severe cramping without taking meds?

i get really bad cramps and my doctor says i can take tynenol but i dont want to take it cause i'm worried about my baby. and i was wondering if there is something that i can do to help ease the pian.

  • what type of cramping is it?? are they braxton hicks? if they are, drink TONS of water and it should help them

  • Chamomile tea, heating pad. consider alternative medicine (focusing your energy elsewhere, yoga, tai chi, rei-ki). I highly recommend getting a yoga ball!

  • on more thing... stay away from chocolate and high sugar foods that brings on the cramps too.
