Police and zoo officials say there has been an outpouring of public sympathy after the incident – for the bear.

Good for the bear for trying to take out a stupid person. He tried. They shouldn't have shot the bear. Maybe the guy had just watched "Brother Bear" and wanted a friend? ha ha ha ha dumbass, but entertaining.
