Making shortbread cookies out of Bisquik?

I've never tried, actually I tried Jiffy bisquit mix and they turned out better than bisquik for bisquits but now I'm thinking could you make shortbread out of it?It's the same thing except bisquik has perservatives same as Jiffy but it has the baking powder and everything you need for shortbreads.Jiffy bisquits are as good as kfc restruant style ones, anyone try Jiffy, they're easy to make too!
