when you diet can you still have.......

COFFEE?!?!? I am in desperate need of one cup!

  • Depends on what diet. Generally though, as long as you don't dump a bunch of sugar and cream (that add tons of calories to a calorie free drink), most diets are AOK with that.

  • Simple coffee is fine..those caramel macchiatos(sp) and what not is liquid cake.

  • On my last diet, I think I read that 1 cup of black coffee is 14 calories.

  • at one point I lost 65 lbs- and had coffe every day...and ice cream every night ;)

  • caffeen is fine. It's the sugar you dont need. Try splenda and a lite-creamer. I lost my weight and still drank my coffee just like i've always done. Just dont get anything from starbucks! lol
