    Sunday – chili and cornbread
    Monday – peanut noodles
    Tuesday – stir-fry
    Wednesday – Mexican lasagna
    Thursday – mushroom stroganoff
    Friday – enchiladas
    Saturday – fondue night
    Week of 11/22
    Sunday – stew with dumplings
    Monday – SW falafel
    Tuesday – curry
    Wednesday – tofu fish sticks, not crab cakes, sweet potato fries
    Thursday – Thanksgiving
    Friday – Salad and leftovers
    Saturday – not home
    Week of 11/15
    Sunday – lentil sloppy joes
    Monday – peanut noodles
    Tuesday – sweet potato and black bean burritos
    Wednesday – stir fry
    Thursday – breakfast
    Friday – home made pizza from the freezer

  • If you have left over turkey you could make Kentucky Hot Browns. They are open faced turkey sandwiches with a cheese sauce baked on top. You cross cross 2 pieces of bacon and add a slice of tomato. Yum. Add a salad and you have a culinary delight

  • I am so having corned beef hash... it was on sale :) and its the last thing in my freezer... i think its time to go shopping.

  • were having chicken stuffed with pepperjack cheese and bacon ( it comes frozen in a box) and leftover mashed potatoes and gravy from thanksgiving, and corn on the cob. nothign special over here

  • We are having something called Cheeseburger Soup ,kids request but actually quite yummy.I use at least twice as many carrots and add corn, always adding the veggies any where I can.
