Who knows? It depends so much on their bodyweight, their activity/sleep rate, their metabolism, how much they're growing... and it changes every day.
Babies need to eat whenever they're hungry (even if it's 15 minutes after the last time they ate), and be able to stop eating when they've had enough (which means keep the bottle, if used, from being tipped right up so it's drink or drown). Even if it means eating 22 times in a day. Even if it means eating for 2 minutes only. Even if it means eating every 4 hours.
Feeding babies needs to follow the baby's cues. No one but the baby knows when they baby's body needs more food, and no one but the baby knows when he's had enough. Trust the baby and provide the food.
