to move or not to move?

my land lord asked if we wanted to be put on the list for the new houses they are building..3 brm 2 full bath full basement 1.5 car garage and good sized yard and can be purchased on land contract, using half of what we paid in rent here. and our deposit transfers down falls are they are split levels. kitchen and bedrooms smaller no dining and laundry in basement and kids have to change schools
now we live in a 3bdm 1.5 bath 1 car garage story town home with no basement and rent is 125 more here than the house and here they provide lawn care...there we have to mow and spray
and i have friends in that neighbor hood and my kids are friends with there kids..its a culdasac(sp?) so kids can safely ride their bikes on the road without worry of speeders...here we live next to 2 busy roads where people speed

  • What we do when faced with a major difficult decision is do up a list. One list will show the difference in prices right down to the nitty-gritty. Then we would list the pros and cons of each side.
Once the lists are made we can then cross off the items that are of little importance or that can be dealt with. Circle the major points in each pro and con list for each side. Then weigh one against the other.
Before you make your final choice, think about it for a couple of days.
    Best wishes!
