First of all, I'm so tired of spending so much money on Christmas every year! I've made it clear to my family that we just don't have the money this year. I plan on spending about half as much on each gift as I did last year. I also don't want my baby to get in the mind set that you need a huge amount of gifts at Christmas. So my question is: Do you have a pre-set limit for your kids? Is the limit by amount or number of gifts? I plan to do 5-6 gifts from mom and dad, 4 gifts from santa, and a stocking with snacks and maybe some cheap bath toys. My DD will be 15 months at Christmas this year. Her gifts so far are : season pass to childrens water park for summer: $80, push mower: $13, Play food set: $20, 4 books with matching stuffed animals:$40, Pajamas:$10, Bath toy net set:$6, I still plan to buy stocking stuffers.....Answer Question
