Water & Ice

I eat a lot of Ice but hate drinking water. Is eating ice equal to drinking the amount of water i'm supposed to have daily? PLease explain.

  • Tea and water do NOT count towards the amount of water you are supposed to drink. Chewing on a lot of ice, is a sign of iron deficincy.

  • you would have to eat like a couple lb. bag of ice im sure to equal the way you should drink so im going to say no

  • Sure!

    However, eating A LOT of ice can be a sign of rare sign of a genetic disease called thalassemia. Just for your info.

  • Maybe I heard even other things that you eat and drink count too. Like if your a major tea or coffee drinker it counts.
