Can you get shoulder injuries from walking your toddler while holding hands?

My right shoulder is sore which is the hand I use to hold my daughter's hand. She often does the "jelly bones" and tugs as normal 20 month olds do. Can this be the cause?

  • Yes. I had to go to physical therapy over my shoulder doing the same thing.
