  • cut the damage
and give your hair a deep condition once a week and condition it regularly with conditioner mixed with egg(for extra protein)
    every other day
I recommend Pantene ProV for colored women(brown bottle) b/c it is loaded with extra nutrients b/c our hair is a lot more delacate and does not have as much oil as our counterparts.

  • if the hair is damaged, the best treatment is to cut off the damaged hair. everything else is just going to make it manageable for styling/combing.

  • First lay off the color/chemical treatments for a while, second trim the dead ends off, third buy the Biolage shampoo & conditiioner for color treated hair. It costs a little bit more but you can get it on sale sometimes at salons & beauty supply stores. Also you may want to do a deep conditioning treatment once a week too.
