Taking medicine while breast feeding

My doctor prescribed me 600mg Motrin, but I am breast feeding and the booklet says that it is excreted in breast milk. Is it safe to take it? What do you think, moms?

    (Advil, Nuprin, Motrin, Pediaprofen)
