How would you tell a friend?

How would you tell a friend you think their may be something wrong with their 3.5 yr old child?
(refer to post "Normal 3.5yr old boy behavior?" in the preschool section)

  • I don't think you have to say anything. I am sure she is aware of the difference in the behavior and has brought it up with her doctor. If she decides to ask you about it or talk to you about it give your support and compassion, but it's not up to you to diagnose her child and any attempt will not be received well.

  • Well, depending on your relationship with her...maybe you could express your concerns if you are super close. If not, I would shut up shutting up.
