  • Building up the muscle behind the breasts can help a little but until your milk is completely gone you won't know what your new size is going to be. It might stay at G it might hit a C. I'm a 38H so I totally feel your pain lol.

  • Are yours still full of milk? When I completely stopped, they got engorged, so I pumped one last time, then they got so small, smaller than I ever had...but went back to normal size (a little saggier) not long after.

  • I slowly stopped, after about a month I was back to normal. I'm a B so I was sorry to see the go.

  • Mine deflated over the (almost) two years I breastfed; there was not any difference after my daughter weaned.

  • My daughter weaned herself at 2 years, and I didn't notice much change. They definitely are smaller than when I would get engorged, but I wasn't engorged much.

  • Mine didn't shrink. Mine actually remained large. I was happy!
