Breakfast and lunch?

What do you normally eat? I'm just tired of the same stuff all the time.

  • SO is a smoothie addict. On days when he doesn't go in to his office I make things like biscuits and gravy or french toast. I enjoy cooking elaborate meals.

I pack him a lunch every day-- usually left overs from dinner. When I'm home alone I graze all day. I make salads or eat left overs.

  • For breakfast I usually do some scrambled eggs with cheese and veggies (green pepper, onion, red pepper, potatoes). I like to get a nice high protein breakfast in to jump start my day. Carbs (cereal, bagels, etc) just knock me out and make me worthless.

For lunch I either have leftovers, turkey sandwich, salad, egg or tuna salad sandwich with some fruit and skim milk.

  • I probably should not answer this because I eat very strange from others at least that is what my kids say, only you never know. For instance I just got done making scrambled eggs with shrimp and scallops seasoned with garlic and salmon seasoning. While it might sound strange it is good and healthy. Sometimes I add green peppers and onion. Lunch would consist of veggies either cooked or raw with fat free dressing.

  • Oatmeal. Leftovers. Avocado and tomato on whole grain toast. Burrito. Salad. Whatever is around...

  • Breakfast- yogurt, cottage cheese and fruit, poached egg on toast with 1/2 a grapefruit, fruit and yogurt smoothie, sometimes an omelette or leftover quiche. ( I just started eating breakfast regularly over the summer)

Lunch- leftovers, soup and 1/2 a sandwich, one of my favorites; spaghetti salad with avacados, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta and a red wine vinaigrette, quiche and soup or salad.
