how much b6 for nausea? and does it help?

my midwives recommend 100 mg but from what i've been reading that seems like a LOT. how much did/do you take for nausea and did/does it help? thanks for your input.

  • I drank lots of chamomile, peppermint and ginger tea. The seasickness bands were helpful, too.

  • It didn't help me. I tried to take it but kept throwing it up instead. But then nothing worked for me, not even medication (kept me from thowing up 30+ times per day but I was still nauseated constantly). Hopefully you can find something that will work for you. Try ginger candy, I hear that works well for most people.
