  • I think this sort of thing varies from family to family. You won't be struck down if you don't. Is that what you want to hear?

  • we try to visit everyone AROUND the christmas day. usually on christmas day we stay home with the kids, the inlaws come over to our home, and we try to visit everyone else sometime near the day.

  • If they will be hurt, then consider it. See if they would be satisfied if you go some other day around Christmas Day. The weekend before or after, or on New Years Day.

  • IMO you should visit them for Christmas, but it could be Christmas Day or the day before or after ust somehow get together for hte holidays. Maybe you could invite them to your house if you dont want to go to church.

  • I don't think you absolutely have to go on Christmas Day especially if they are not even going to be there. Maybe you could go on a day around Christmas.
