Can somebody recommend a good acne solution?

Preferably something fairly affordable and hopefully can be purchased at Walmart. I don't have anywhere else to shop.

  • My dermatologist advised me to use Cetaphil, which you can buy at Walmart and it's cheap. It worked like a charm for me!

  • Here is how my teen handles her acne: wash your face twice a day with a very mild soap (like unscented baby soap) and a soft wash cloth; follow with a light, oil free moisturizer (she uses Lush). Once a day, before you wash your face, put on a honey mask (just honey, a great anti-bacterial). Every three days add a pinch of baking soda to the honey to exfoliate. Check back with me in two weeks and tell me how this worked.

  • I use vegetable based soap 2x daily and once daily I use regular sea salt. I can buy it in bags by the pound at my market. You can use epsom salt. Salt exfoliates and kills bacteria. I scrub SO down every day, whole body. He's going through the pregnancy acne with me. So sweet.
