Too much that possible??

My 2 month old slept through the night for the first time last night. He woke up around 6:30, ate and went back to sleep at 8:00. It is now 10:30 and he is still sleeping. He had his first round of shots this week, not sure if all of the sleep is related.

Should I be worried or should I feel lucky? Thanks.

  • Count your blessings, he could just be tired from the shots, but I sure as heck wouldn't worry OR wake him up. Best advice I EVER got was to NEVER wake a sleeping baby lol

  • it could be the shots, or a growth spurt....if it becomes a constant thing...where he's sleeping constantly, bring it up to your ped. he is only 2 months though!

  • Don't worry! Just enjoy :) My 5 month old has been sleeping anywhere from 10-14 hours at night and taking 2-3 naps during the day that are 2-3 hours long and has been since he was about 2 and half months old :) Babies need sleep!
