How much milk should I give my 1yr old.

My daughter turned 1 2 weeks ago and I started giving her regular milk already well the D one. Anyway how much should she be drinking? We usually give her about 4 sippy cups a day of milk, sometimes she'll drink all of it other times she just drinks like half of it. Should I be giving her less or more? I would say the sippy cup is about 8oz maybe more.

  • I've been told 16-20 oz/day for my 13 months old last time I was at the pediatrician's office. After that, just water.

  • Ask your doctor.

  • What does your pediatrician say? I know what ours said for our kids...but I can't speak for yours.
