  • diet plays a big role in fragrance and flavor. If you don't like your smell, up your raw fruits and veggies intake. This can also make your sweat smell disappear. If you can eat 1-2 servings of a dark leafy green every day, that will rapidly change your smell. Kale, broccoli, brussel sprouts, collards, spinach, etc.

Stop drinking coffee. It's not the caffeine- it's the acid. decaf is just as bad. And sodas. These drinks have a pH of 2-3, it's like hydrochloric acid.

  • about douching, it changes the delicate chemical balance of the vagina and can make a woman more susceptible to infections. Douching can introduce new bacteria into the vagina which can spread up through the cervix, uterus, and fallopian tubes. Researchers have found that women who douche regularly experience more vaginal irritations and infections such as bacterial vaginosis, and an increased number of sexually transmitted diseases.
