What is the earliest implantation cramping would happen?

I am only a week past ovulation and started feeling cramps around 5 days past O. Does that mean it's PMS for sure or could it be implantation cramping?

  • 50-50 chance. It can be either. Are you charting basal body temperature? If you have continued high temps with that, then you'd have a better indication.

Many women do NOT get implantation cramping. Be aware of that.

  • I'm sorry I wish I could help but I didn't get implantation cramping or bleeding.

  • Around 6-8dpo I had af type cramping. I knew it was too early for that! Tested at 9dpo and got a BFP! Soooo, it's possible, hopefully that's what it is for you :) Good luck!
