What is the earliest implantation cramping would happen?

I am only a week past ovulation and started feeling cramps around 5 days past O. Does that mean it's PMS for sure or could it be implantation cramping?

  • I started cramping 2 weeks into my pregnancy, I thought it was my period but it never came, turns out I was pregnant but you can take a test as early as 10 days after conception. I think you start cramping around the time your period is supposed to come, just take a test, its the only way of knowing really. Also, implantation spotting comes around the time of expected menstrual also. So just keep an eye on it and if it is lighter than a period, test. Hope this helps!
