Wart on the palm of hand

My teen daughter has a wart on the palm of her hand. We tried freezing it off not once but twice in a span of 2 weeks. She eventually started picking at it and now the skin is open and it looks like you can see the roots of it in their. How do we help protect it at this point. I'm currently using neosporin and bandaids.

  • if you can see the roots of it I would suggest freezing or burning it now, if you can kill it at its base it will be much more likely to go away
