What do you do to help you sleep?

I'm usually exhausted by like 9:00 and it's after 11 here now and I'm not even tired at all! I only slept like an hour later than normal today too so I don't think it's that. I'm not really stressed about anything (besides Christmas) lol so it's not that either. I just can't sleep!

  • Melatonin is a hormone; I prefer to not mess with mine. Yes, it is "all natural"; so is uranium, but you wouldn't want it in your home.

Valerian is an herb (actually, it is hops, as in beer) that is great for inducing sleep. I use Rescue Remedy or chamomile tea.

  • I have had sleep issues for years.  I find that calcium and magnesium about an hour before bed helps me a lot.
