I'm trying a new recipe in the crockpot right you think it will taste good?

White Chocolate Hot Chocolate

6 oz. white chocolate
1 cup heavy cream
3 cups milk
1/2 tsp vanilla.

2-21/2 hours on low

  • i used white chocoplate chips. And just to let everyone know i thought it was absolutely delicous, but i love white chocolate! :)

  • What kind of white chocolate are you using? If it is good quality (in other words of cocoa butter is one of the first two ingredients) you are probably going to burn it. Chocolate and white chocolate cannot take prolonged heat. It must be heated at a low temp just until shortly before being completely melted and stirred frequently. I melt chocolate in the microwave on defrost setting for 10-15 second intervals, stirring in between to keep it from scorching and becoming bitter.
