Do you ever feel guilty or regret it?

I took to naps today :( one because I was tired because my husband and I had company and didn't go to bed until late, and we had to wake up early, and one because i felt sick...

Sad thing is i'm regretting them and i feel so guilty :( like i wasted the day anyone else ever feel this way?

  • I nap pretty frequently. My daughter still wakes up a lot at night and I need some extra sleep sometimes. You shouldn't feel guilty, especially if you don't do it very often. Everyone deserves some lazy days here and there :) Hell, even God took a whole day off! lol.

  • well I don't but my husband doesfeel guilty pretty often. He works from 6pm-6am so when comes home he goes straight to bed and wake up around 3pm...by the time eat and take bath its time to get ready for work again. And he works on his off days at his 2nd job. So he feels pretty bad about not spending enough time at home.

  • If you're sick, then nap if you can. Take it as a blessing.
