Homemade Christmas Ornaments

I am wanting to do these for family as a gift from my 2.5 year old.... I've found a couple recipes, but was wondering how you do it.... For those who have made them...

  • What kind? Last year my girls made Cinnamon cut out ornaments. I was shocked that they still smell good when we pulled them out this year. I don't have the recipe on hand but we used cinnamon, applesauce, and Elmer's glue. Rolled the dough out, cut shapes, used a straw to punch out holes for the string, and then after almost 48 hours drying decorated with glitter.
