When is it time to take the baby bumpers out of my daughters crib?

  • NOW!!! Bumper pads are a safety risk and should never be used. For more info on this you can google it.

  • Bumpers aren't recommended for any age now. Young infants can become trapped in them, older infants and toddlers can use them as "step stools" to climb out of their cribs with.

  • I used ours until my lil one could move around and then they were taken out- if you still want you could try a breathable bumper

  • I think you should do your own research... I NEVER took the bumpers out of my son's crib b/c he turned & got his legs stuck between the bars EVERY night. If you're worried about the padded bumpers, go ahead and get the mesh breathable ones.

  • I never used them with my baby, mostly because they didn't make them in John Deere Green. lol. I'm glad I didn't though. You don't need them and they are not safe. I used them with my older ones and they STILL got their legs stuck in the bars.
