how do i get my hair to become thicker??

i've been growing my hair out for idk how long! well it's at a good length...i would like to see another 3-4 inches but i'm happy with it for now. but i want my hair to have some thickness to it. any ideas on how to make my hair become thicker?

  • Take the hair, skin, and nails vitamins. I took those and my hair grew like crazy. Also avoid blow-drying, curling irons, and all that as much as possible. I personally wash my hair at night and then sleep on it or let it air dry. Our hair is a reflection of how healthy we are, so have a good diet and buy the vitamins. They work!
