Does hemmoroids always bleed?

I'm having pain down there. . .like i did after giving birth to my son, when i had some hemmroids. I am 9 weeks pregnant too. . .I have not had ANY blood at all. . .its just uncomfortable. . .no cramping or anything like that. . just a slight pain down in my rectum area.

  • No, they don't always bleed. They may when you have a BM, otherwise they just hurt/burn. Once you have hemorroids I was told they never truly go away, so your pregnancy may very well be causing their reappearance.

  • No they don't. I've had them since my first pregnancy, haven't gotten rid of them and my youngest (5th) is almost 3. Mine rarely bleed, and by rarely I mean maybe 2-3 times a year.
