Can I freeze homemade french toast sticks?

...and then microwave them later?

  • Absolutely! If you have a toaster oven, they will have a nicer consistency than microwaved

  • yeppers you sure can...just make sure they arent soppy wet...my husband loves moist french toast (gross!) and we tried freezing them and they just fell apart...so dont soak them in the egg mixture too long when you make them and youll be fine! also yes toaster is MUCH better than the microwave...or even popping them in the oven or back in the frying pan is good too!
