the "NO" phase... how to?

alright, i need some experienced mommies in this question.... how to survive the "no" phase and NOT kill the next person you see.....

  • Don't ask question that can allow for a no answer. Give 1 or 2 options and let him choose. And ignore it, do what ever you were going to do. Pick you battles, if he doesn't want to do something then let it go until you really need something done. Bribes are great and a routine dismisses the no because they know it is coming regardless of what they say. Time out if you use it also helps. That is what I did and the phase didn't last to long.
