Ever made fish tacos?

I am going to make some tonight because at my fav restaurant they have the best ones and I want to try doing it myself.
If you have made them, do you have any tips?

  • I make them all the time. A firm white fish is best. Fish cooks fast. So made your side dishes and sauces first.

    I usually serve them with fruit salsa, like mango. I make it ahead of time, in the morning or the day before. Chopped mango, chopped pablano pepper, diced onion, lime juice and salt

    And cilantro cream: put sour cream, lime juice, and cilantro in the food processor. I make that ahead as well.

  • Never tried them , but they sound yummy!. Good luck with making your taco's.
