rosy cheecks

What does it mean when baby has really rosy cheecks but no fever?she's 4 months old and teething could that be it?

  • I could also mean nothing.I have rosey cheeks and so does my daughter. We both ALWAYS have rosey cheeks

  • My youngest often has rosey cheeks, especially in cold, dry weather. When he has a fever they go from rosey to beet red.

  • It could be roseacia , a common skin disorder. My son has a mild case of it, and he has rosy cheeks too.
