  • I don't know exactly what you're asking, but my suggestion is limit the sleep during the daytime (like cut down to one nap a day, or from one nap to 1/2 a nap, etc.) and get a consistent bed time routine. Bath, book, bed. Make sure you give baby enough time to wind down, so the last hour of his/her day should be calm, quiet. Good luck.
