  • We went FF at 13 months because her screaming was more of a distraction and I was worried about wrecking. If she would have enjoyed being in the car more, then I would have waited until at least 24 months

  • DD is 17 months and we are still rear facing. We will do so until she is uncomfortable in the seat (she has long legs) or reaches the weight limit, which on her convertible carseat is 35lbs.

  • I switched ours around either when the car seat became too small (my kids are all tall) and they had to weigh over 25-30 pounds.

  • I was about to FF her at 16months, I bought a new convertible carseat but my doc said he wanted her RF until 2. Luckily the new seat was bigger and could RF. I am more comfortable with her RF but I think she will enjoy being FF.
