What's your workout plan? Do you take days off?

  • Mon, wed and fri I do 1 hour cardio (bike and treadmill)

    tues, thurs and saturday I do weights or heavy bag.

    sunday is my off day.

  • I do stretches in the morning for about ten minutes. Later in the afternoon I do weight training (2 lb) and resistence bands for about ten minutes. I walk 3 - 4 days a week (abt 30 - 45 min) and when weather prohibits walking I ride a recumbant bike. I hate working out so yeah I try to find a reason to take days off. If I go shopping then I cut out the other walking. I'm trying to add ten minutes of stretches before bed but so far I have not gotten there!

  • 5 days a week cardio and strength training for about an hour and a half. I never take days off unless I go on vacation (which is rare) and if I am really sick and I mean really sick.

  • I run 3-4 days a week and the alternate days are for strength training...however I do know when my body has reached its limit and I do take rest days.

  • 10-minute stretch, 60 sit ups, 60 oblique sit-ups, 60 leg lifts, 50 jumping jacks, as many push-ups as I can, and 30 curls with 3lb weights. Either all that or about an hour of yoga. I walk after dinner when weather allows, usually about a mile. I do this about 3 times a week.

  • 4 or 5 days a week I do one hour of heavy strength training. One day a week I play ice hockey. I get 1 or 2 days a week off. I usually manage to work out while on vacation too.

  • I do a rest day every 3 days, so it doesn't line up as a weekly schedule:
