I need brunch ideas!!!

My husband and I are having a couple over for brunch on Sunday. They are bringing hashbrown quiche, chicken salad and a dessert. I have no idea what foods we should prepare! The only idea I've had so far is some kind of fruit platter and coffee! Any suggestions would be welcome!! :) Thanks!

  • cheese blitzes and/or crab benidict. (Cheese crepes & eggs benidict w/ crab) but they are good w/out crab, too.

If u like to drink, mimosas, screw drivers, & bloody marys

  • Do you need to have croissants or something to eat the chicken salad with?
Fruit sounds good with it and maybe a salad. I love spinach leaves on a platter..serve the salad flat on a platter fro prettier presentation. Spinach leaves, then sprinkle with mandarin oranges (or strawberries) tehy some toasted nuts or sweetend nuts and a dressing drizzled over it. you can look at allrecipes.com for these kinds of recipes. I would have coffee, iced tea and lemonade available to drink.
