  • Yeah, you can keep it more than 2 hours.

How long can I store my breast milk?
The following are some general breast milk storage guidelines:

    * At room temperature (less than 77°F) for 4 to 8 hours
    * At the back of a refrigerator for 3 to 8 days
    * At the back of a freezer for up to 3 months

  • I think it can stay in there a couple days, but shake it up, because it does seperate. On the other hand, if you have an excess of milk, you can freeze it for like 3 months! Once it's reheated though, you cannot refridgerate it, you have to dump the stuff you didn't use. Once your baby starts eating cereal and stuff, mix it in with the cereal etc.

  • My pumped milked was only for when I wasn't around and I would pump every night so I had so much extra. Why use the old stuff if you have fresh stuff. Whatever went in the fridge instead of the freezer, I would toss after a day. I had it on tap.
