  • I took a water aerobics class. It was nice. Plus you don't feel all your weight when you are in the water. It might be hard to find a maternity swimsuit right now though.

  • i'm doing a swim class, a yoga class, and cardio on my own. We live near a fabulous YMCA. There are classes offered especially for seniors that welcome pregnant women. Meeting other pregnant women in class is really motivating. You want to come back the next class day and gossip more.
