Too young for teething??

My daughter has been fussy, drooling profusely, running a slight temp, and chewing (I mean REALLY chewing!) on her hands, me, and her pacifier the past couple of days -- all teething symptoms....but she's only a month old. Is it possible that she could already be teething?!

I know that some babies are born with teeth, so the idea doesn't seem totally impossible, but still pretty far-fetched....

  • i dont know if this helps but my son is 11months old and has 7 teeth... i think his first tooth came in at 3 months may have been sooner. He did the chewing on everthing thing right after his first tooth... didnt really play with toys too much till he was about 4 months.

  • Not too young. My sister got her first tooth at two months. My own son started at three months and everyone told me I was nuts-that he was too young. Wrong-O!

  • My 6 month old son sounds exactly like inay's baby girl. There is no such thing as too young every baby is different.
