Lactation Question...... please read details....

I have a 26 month old son, I have been trying to concieve baby #2 since mid Oct of this year. Today when I took a shower I noticed milk coming out of my breasts. I have not been doing HPTs because I don't want to get my hopes up, so I have been waiting for symptoms. My last AF was mid Nov, I have noticed afternoon headaches lately and my breasts haven't been sore but they have been achy, I have also noticed random twangs of nausea. Could I be prego or can you suddenly lactate after 2 years of not breastfeeding???

  • Welll...I would go to the doc?? I've never just randomly started lactating before but I was nursing my 1 year old while I was pregnant with my twins..and all of a sudden noticed he wanted to start nursing all the time again...well, it was 'cause my milk supply had sky rocketed from being pregnant..quite a bit different than your situation but still..I would get a professional opinion.
