33 weeks weight gain

i am 33 weeks pregnant with #1 i have gained 20lbs so far but nothing in the last 2 wk since my 31wk appt. is this normal?

    OP... its ok to not gain any weight between certain appts. Your stomach is alot smaller now because your uterus is pushing up against it so you cant hold as much food right now.

    At my 32 week appt I was SOOOO upset because I had gained 10 pounds total and my OB told me that at that point they liked to see about 18 pounds, so you were right on that:)

    I lost ten and gained 30.... Its perfectly normal! Don't worry, and just think, when the baby comes you'll loose a average of 11 lbs! Even more if its a big baby in there :) Congrats Don't worry your fine

  • My OB also told they like to see about 20 pounds by 30 weeks, I have only gained 7... and I have been gaining and loosing between appointments. As long as your tummy is measuring fine, you should be fine.

  • wow, wish I could say I have only gained 20# at 30 weeks. I am 26 weeks right now with baby #1 and last week Had already gained 20#. I eat pretty good but for some reason packing on the pounds.

  • When i was pregnant, i lost a little weight and gained it back. When i delivered i was a pound heavier than i was when i got pregnant. all bodies are different.

  • i gained 20 then in the last 2wks lost 5 so at least your not losing anything.
