I know, I know, it's an annoying question.

But I have baby-fever!

I saw on an episode of Amazing Wedding Cakes, a guy named Wake.

I'm really, REALLY crushing on his name!

DS's name is Weston... and I don't want to be one of those moms that names all their kids with the same first initial.

Is it worth fantasizing over? Or would it be one of those annoyingly overused names?

  • i dont like non traditonal names cause you can never tell the sex of the person, my son got invited to a birthday party, a new kid in his class who had a twin...i had my husband call to clarify if it was 2 boys or a boy and a girl cause the second child was named london...there are a few in my older son's class i had to ask my son if they were boy or girls when he talked about them cause really i had no clue based on the name

  • I like it, I think it's a nice name. And it didn't make me think of a funeral, it actually made me think of surfing, because wake is also a surfing term. So it makes me think of the ocean. Also I personally think it sound masculine and wouldn't be confused as a girls name.
