  • Any irritant can cause asthma problems in a child with asthma. So the answer would be yes.

  • Without any research I couldn't tell you for certain. I would assume so though. Regardless of the answer it should never be smoked around a child to begin with.

  • Smoke is smoke is smoke is smoke.

    Cigarettes, herbal cigarettes, candles, incense, grease fires... anything that causes smoke in your home puts CO and CO2 in the air. Both of those things are BAD for humans.

    Studies have shown that the amount of tar - the sticky substance that coats the lungs - can vary greatly between brands of cigarettes and types of marijuana. Either way, both things contain tar, and that can really make the lungs ill.

    Not going to judge your choices. Your body. Choose a healthier delivery system. But smoking ANYTHING is bad. Smoke is bad. Smoking is the worst thing ever.

  • I'm with ecodani.
    BTW: the way that people smoke weed is very destructive to the lungs. Most people overinflate the lungs and hold the smoke in...this stretches out the little air sacs and contributes to COPD...emphysema.

  • Any smoke can cause asthma & irritate the lungs causing other major problems like emphysema & cancer.
