is it true that the children aid has to show a court order to take the child out ur care

  • If you allow a social worker into your home WITHOUT an warrant then you are waving your 4th amendment right to BE free of search and seizure thus the child can be taken.

    It's best to find out why they are there BEFORE you let them into your home, and ONLY let them in if they have a warrant or court order to do so.

    Also find out why they are there BEFORE they talk to the children...
